0brandrapport were appointed by Samsung to run their Chelsea FC Global Hospitality Programme for four years, between 2011–15.

Managing VVIP Guests from Samsung’s key Global Markets, we created and implemented a range of exclusive, high end B2B programmes to provide the Guests with the very best experience of both Chelsea FC & London. With our network key partners across venues, hotels, entertainment and f&b, we delivered best in class, creative programmes that consistently received outstanding feedback from our hosts and guests each season.

We created a bespoke ‘Samsung Concierge’ service for Guests, and experiences ranged from the exclusive use of Madam Tussauds, exclusive performances from the West End’s best known musicals, to business workshops with well known industry leaders, and behind the scenes at Chelsea FC’s training ground and stadium. We also provided Guests with personal, tailored shopping & sightseeing experiences – and all whilst enjoying the very latest and most exclusive restaurants and hotels during their stay in London.
